thats whats up its a lot philly talent out there. i think philly is really coming back with the soul sound, r&b sound and the hiphop. however sheena grier up and coming out of philly did a lot of thing throught out the philly, tristate and metro area. just was on bet 106&park collab with freeway and ice city, you also has neesh. nice talented sister and a nice songwritters, the list can go on and on, nice artical tho sounds of philly is bout to come out again.
