You do have good taste in music. The only one I can’t relate to is Ray Ray. I’m not sure who that is. I have to do some research.
I’m glad to see Groove Theory, I’ve loved Amel from conception and she and Brice worked well together.
I have to confess I just got use to Kindred, for some reason they annoyed me. I thought of them as a modern day Ashford and Simpson, but once I stopped watching the cheesy videos and listening to the songs, I have a new found appreciation.
That monifah album is the business I still listen to it from time to time. That Jimmy Cozier album sucks though…the only good song was the single that he had with fabolous… Of course teena marie and the whats going on album is a must have in any collection!
@ Eb – Reacquainting myself with the Monifah album as I type. “Home” was my JAM. You vote no on Jimmy huh? I’ll give my verdict once I take a listen. I’m MAD that my Teena and Marvin have disappeared but I’m slowly but surely reclaiming them.
@diva- YES girl! I was so mad when I lost it. I fell in love all over again. And yes, I am loving Ray Ray. I’m mad I hadn’t heard of it before I found it in the store.

@MrsGrapevyne – Thanks! And that’s Raphael Saadiq’s album “Ray Ray.” I loved Instant Vintage. This was his second release.
I’m mad my GT album got stolen years ago. I have it on the ‘pod but wanted to have the album again.
LMAO@ modern day Ashford and Simpson. And if you were to see them live, I think you would have an even better appreciation. They put on a great show.
Girl, I coulda sold you my Jerzee Monet. LOL I don’t think I’ve listened to that CD since I bought it. Maybe I’ll revisit it and see what I think now.
Wow….”they try to make me go to rehab and I said “No, no, no..”” You are definitely an audiophile!
@ Butta – Well damn it’s like that! Good thing it only costs $2.50!
@ Sabrina – Music is the sweetest hangover that I don’t want to get over!
